At Ruthanne Collection, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
